GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Spa Body and Beyond:
– Shall provide programs of study that meets minimum curriculum requirements as prescribed by the regulatory agency

– May change kit contents, textbook, dress code, curriculum format, teaching materials, or educational methods at its discretion.

– Will grant a certificate for the applicable course once the student has successfully completed all phases of study, required test, practical assignments, passed a final comprehensive written & practical assignment, completed the program of study according to Requirements, and made full payment of all debts owed to the school.

– Will assist graduates in finding suitable employment by posting area employment opportunities and teaching job readiness classes, however, placement NOT GUARANTEED.

– May terminate a student enrollment for noncompliance with General Policies, this contract, or Laws and Regulations: Improper conduct or any action which causes or could cause bodily harm to a client, a student, or employee of the school: Willful destruction of school property; and theft or any illegal act.

– Pictures and Video will be taken during the programs. Be aware they will be used sometimes for marketing purpose for the school e. g, website, social media , flyers, etc.

Student
– Agrees to pay applicable school and exams fees and provide all required registration paperwork in a timely manner

– Agrees to comply with all Standards of Conduct, General Policies, Laws, and Educational Requirements

– Agrees not to refuse to perform client services or other program requirements
– Agrees to comply with school dress code at all times and project a professional image representative of the cosmetology and image industry

– Agrees to comply with assigned schedules and theory classes scheduled for the duration of the course study.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

– A student may cancel this agreement with no penalty within three (3) business days of signing this enrollment application. After the three day cancellation period, NO REFUND will be given.
